2 different set plans
After each set, the weight will slightly increase, as the number of repetitions will decrease. Following this formula, you will do 15, 12, 8 repetitions and additional 8 followed by the increase of 12 and 15 with lighter weights.

The second plan is based on the same combination and 4 sets with 15, 12, 8 and 8 repetitions.
